We would like to thank everybody who has joined MAKE MEDIA MATTER and especially those who have taken it upon themselves to become online ambassadors, spreading the word far and wide. Our HQ is buzzing with activity, and your interest helps us prove to partners, funders, sponsors and the media industry, that we have something great here. So thank you. We can't wait to show you what we've been working on.

MAKE MEDIA MATTER is a wide-ranging coalition of media consumers and creators (in film, music, journalism, photography, etc.) that care about the role of media within society. It will use cutting-edge online and offline community techniques to launch an unprecedented celebration of the positive
role of media. Thinkers will debate how the media affects the world; celebrities will tell the world about the media that made a difference in their lives; consumers will discover and gain exclusive access and discounts on media that matters to them, creators will have access to tools and resources to connect with like-minded individuals, inspiring each other to create more and more socially conscious
media. Everyone will be empowered to make, debate and share media that matters. It will provide purpose to disillusioned media-types, it will provide inspiration to those looking to be inspired, it will reclaim the media for the public good.
